You can use this service to install your own custom firmware or the latest official version for HP-15C Collector's Edition. The latest version adds back-up/restore functionality, increases key debouncing time to correct issues with duplicate keystrokes, and fixes the DEC bug in the unofficial HP-16C mode.

- Purchase a calculator you want updated from us OR have us use yours.
- Indicate what you need done in the comments field on the order form.
- We'll email you shipping instructions when we process your order.
- Email us the firmware you need installed (if not simply correcting DEC bug and/or key debouncing time).
- We'll update the firmware and ship the updated calculator to you.
Conditions:
- Firmware Updates are not manufacturer supported, come with risk of damaging the calculator, and are likely to void the manufacturer warranty. This service is intended for advanced users who understand what they want.
- Custom firmware can brick the calculator - we will not be responsible for any damage except when installing official firmware for the HP-15C Collector's Edition.
Please make sure that the firmware you send us works. This service only saves you time and know-how - it does not transfer risk to us.
- New firmware will replace the old firmware. You will need to purchase this service again if you want to put the original firmware back on.
