Sell Your Used Calculator To Us:

  1. Select calculator model and condition - we'll instantly give you our Buyback Offer
  2. If it looks good, fill out the rest of the form and submit it
  3. We'll respond with an authorization number and shipment instructions
  4. You ship the calculator to us
  5. We verify that the calculator is as described and issue payment within 5 business days

If you are selling multiple calculators, you can submit multiple requests or include other models and quantities in the comments field. In either case, we'll create one shipment authorization. We can often offer higher prices on sales of 5+ units of the same model, simpy mention this in the comments. If you have any questions please contact us at sales@calculatorsource.com.

If your model isn't listed, and is either discontinued or retails for over $30 new, select Other and include details in the comments below. We'll contact you with a quote if we are able to buy your model.

Calculator Condition:

IMPORTANT: We do NOT buy calculators that:
  • Do not work (do not turn on, can't pass self-test, have stuck keys or missing keys, etc.)
  • Have display scratches or display damage (cracks, dark spots, missing pixels, discoloration, etc.)
  • Have any damage to the battery door or surrounding casing
  • Have cracks, deep scratches, large dents, or require tape to be held together
  • Have severe discoloration, worn out keys, mildew, odor, water damage, etc.
  • Are marked School Property or were obtained illegally
Like New - Looks unused
Good - Normal use, minor scratches or marks
Fair - Heavy use, scratches or dents, missing feet
Poor - Sorry, we do not buy these at this time

Included Accessories:

Accessories are not needed for buyback, but we can generally pay a bit more if you have the original case, cables, manual, expansion cards, etc. Specify what you have and we'll see if we can offer more.
