The quickest and simplest way to place your order is online through our secure website. Every orderable item has an 'Add to Cart' button near the price (typically in the top right corner of the item page). Clicking this button will add the item to your order and open your shopping cart allowing you to begin checkout or continue shopping.
The checkout process will automatically calculate applicable shipping charges and taxes and show you the total before submitting any information to us. After seeing the total you can either proceed with the order or cancel it. After you place the order you will be presented with a confirmation page that you can print or save for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent to you once we receive your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (including check cards with Visa/MasterCard logo), checks (drawn on a U.S. bank), U.S. Postal Service money orders, and PayPal.
We also accept payment through Escrow.com escrow service. All fees associated with escrow are responsibility of the buyer.
If you are paying by an international credit card or with an international PayPal account be sure to review our international policies before placing your order.
We must receive your full payment before processing your order; product availability and price are not reserved until payment has cleared. If you are paying by check, money order, or PayPal be sure to send payment as soon as possible after placing your order to minimize delays and pricing/availability changes. Personal and company checks may take 2-3 weeks to clear.

Payment methods described above are preferred and will lead to quickest order processing. However, we understand that purchasing processes of many organizations rely on POs.
All purchase orders are evaluated on case by case basis. Purchase orders from schools and government organizations will generally be accepted, but we also encourage submission of corporate POs when other payment options are unreasonable. Non-US Purchase Orders will be charged a $50 processing fee.
To pay via purchase order mail or fax your filled out company or organization PO to us. Be sure to use vendor name of intelliHoldings. All PO terms and conditions must be included for processing. Our standard terms are NET 30.
If your company does not have a purchase order document simply submit your order on company letterhead. All POs must include name, signature, title, and phone number of the person responsible for purchasing decisions. Email address of the purchaser is strongly recommended for quickest communication and order processing.
We will evaluate your PO and will contact you in case of any issues. In all cases we reserve the right to not accept purchase orders.
Important: All purchase order payments must be made out to intelliHoldings. Purchase orders may be paid by check (drawn on a U.S. bank) or U.S. Post Service money order only (no credit cards or PayPal.)
We are diligent about collecting all amounts legitimately due to us.
Overdue payments are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge ($10.00 minimum) applied from payment due date (date of order for pre-paid orders.) If necessary, we may place the debt with an external collection agency; a collection fee of $25 will be added to amount due at the time of placement (if allowed by your state law).
All prices are in U.S. currency and all payments must be made in U.S. currency.
We accept international credit card and PayPal payments. All orders are subject to a comprehensive payment verification process. This verification is typically completed without requesting any information from you. We strongly recommend that you provide us with your work email address instead of a free personal email as this will increase the chance of fast approval. On those occasions when additional information is required it will be requested from you by email.
Orders paid with a Non-U.S. credit card, but shipped to a U.S. location will be charged a processing fee of $10.
Along with PayPal and credit cards we accept payment through Escrow.com escrow service and Western Union. All fees associated with these payment services are responsibility of the buyer.
International orders present additional risks and complexities and are subject to terms and conditions that are not normally present for domestic purchases. Before placing your order be sure to review shipping policies for Canada, Mexico, and Other Countries as well as Return and Cancellation policies.
Important: International order requirements and costs vary greatly depending on order items, payment and shipping methods, locations, and other factors. International customers should be aware that additional information or fees not detailed above may be required to complete the order and additional delays in processing may occur. In all cases we reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason. If additional information or charges are required, we encounter delays that exceed 5 business days, or if we cannot handle your order we will notify you via email.
Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturers might not honor warranties on exported products; if this is a concern please contact the manufacturer prior to purchase.
We recognize that mistakes happen and do our best to cancel unwanted orders and make requested changes up until orders enter the shipping process.
To cancel your entire order please submit an Order Cancellation Request.
To modify order information or add or remove order items please contact our Customer Service.
Note that orders may enter the shipping process as quickly as minutes after submission so be sure to request any changes as quickly as possible. Once your order enters the shipping process you will need to follow our Return Policy to return any undesired items or submit a new order to add items.
International Customers: A cancellation fee of 10% or $25.00, whichever is greater, may apply to your order.

When determining shipping time keep in mind that 'day' typically refers to 'business day' and that day of shipment is typically not counted. Orders are processed as soon as we receive your full payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order is received and once it is shipped.
Remember that delivery time = availability + shipping time. Availability varies for each item and determines how long it takes for your order to ship. Ground - Ground shipments to P.O. Boxes may ship via any USPS shipping method. Delivery time will vary depending on shipping method selected and your location. You should allow at least 10 business days from time of shipment to delivery. Saturday is a business day for USPS. To select this method pick Ground ship option on the order form.
Priority Mail - Priority Mail shipments will typically arrive 2-3 business days after shipment, but there is no guaranteed time of arrival so you should allow at least a few extra days if your package does not arrive within this timeframe. Saturday is a business day for USPS. To select this method pick 3 Day Select ship option on the order form.
Express Mail - Express Mail shipments are guaranteed to arrive 1-2 days after shipment (next day to most destinations). To select this method pick Next Day Air Saver ship option on the order form.

All duties and fees required for import are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in any of our shipping estimates. These fees are typically collected on delivery and may be substantial. Unless you are experienced with international ordering we strongly encourage you to contact your local customs office for information on import restrictions and estimated charges prior to placing your order. Refused shipments will be considered unauthorized returns and handled per our Return Policy.

If within 30 days of delivery of your order you decide that the product is not for you simply submit a Return Authorization Request and we will get back to you with an RMA number and return instructions. Do not return product without prior authorization - your return will be refused, assessed a processing fee, or kept with no refund or exchange!
Shipping and handling costs, including return shipping, are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part. In case of defective items we will cover shipping expenses for your return and replacement, but original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
International customers are responsible for transportation and import/export costs of all returns and exchanges.
At this time, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns!
Important: Returned products must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Defective items must not have been damaged by the user - typically we can only accept defective claims that would also be accepted by the manufacturer warranty program. If we determine your returned product to be in unacceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund. Be sure to let us know immediately if you receive an item that is defective, incomplete, or appears to have been damaged during shipment.

If you paid by Visa or MasterCard your card will be credited the full amount of the refund.
If you paid by other means we can send the full amount of the refund back to you electronically via PayPal or mail you a check. We reserve the right to wait for your check to clear before issuing a refund.

In an event of an error we reserve the right to solely determine a fair and appropriate course of action. However, if an error materially misrepresents a product and results in your dissatisfaction with the purchase, we will process the return at our cost (including all shipping fees).
