About Us

At CalculatorSource calculators are our business, a business we have been serious about doing better than anyone else since we began in 2002.

Our Product Line

Our product line is constantly growing to include more innovative products and fulfill our goal of becoming your source for everything calculator.

We currently carry an extensive selection of products from all major manufacturers.  Even if one of their products is not listed on our web site we can often still get the item for you at a significant discount.

In addition to well known brands we are proud to also carry a large, and constantly growing, selection of innovative, one-of-a-kind products from relatively unknown inventors and manufacturers from all over the world.  Products that surprise us just by the fact that they exist and amaze us by offering truly unique solutions to problems we all face.

Why Calculators?

Is there really a need to specialize in something as everyday as a calculator?  How much variety can there really be?

We can't blame you for asking the question...we've asked it ourselves.  It wasn't until we discovered the variety of solutions that calculators can offer that we understood the need for making these innovative, but not-so-well known, products available in one place.

It's true that many calculators are pretty much the same.  They can often be separated into well defined types: basic math, scientific, financial, graphing, etc.  But hiding in the crowd are numerous products created to provide the best solution for a particular problem instead of a confusing solution to many.

In our constantly growing product line you'll find creative ways to expedite and simplify practical tasks you face every day.  Contractors, electricians, teachers, students, film makers, chefs, pilots, sailors, broadcasters, planners, real estate agents, travelers, athletes, do-it-yourselfers, and many more can find job-simplifying products made just for them!

Ordering and Payment Information

The quickest and simplest way to place your order is online through our secure website. Every orderable item has an 'Add to Cart' button near the price (typically in the top right corner of the item page). Clicking this button will add the item to your order and open your shopping cart allowing you to begin checkout or continue shopping. The checkout process will automatically calculate applicable shipping charges and taxes and show you the total before submitting any information to us. After seeing the total you can either proceed with the order or cancel it. After you place the order you will be presented with a confirmation page that you can print or save for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent to you once we receive your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (including check cards with Visa/MasterCard logo), checks (drawn on a U.S. bank), U.S. Postal Service money orders, and PayPal.

We also accept payment through Escrow.com escrow service. All fees associated with escrow are responsibility of the buyer.

If you are paying by an international credit card or with an international PayPal account be sure to review our international policies before placing your order.

We must receive your full payment before processing your order; product availability and price are not reserved until payment has cleared. If you are paying by check, money order, or manually by PayPal be sure to send payment as soon as possible to minimize delays and pricing/availability changes. Personal and company checks may take 2-3 weeks to clear.

Offline Orders

If you prefer to not place your order online through our secure shopping cart, you may use our Mail / Fax Order Form instead.

Purchase Orders

Payment methods described above are preferred and will lead to quickest order processing. However, we understand that purchasing processes of many organizations rely on POs.

All purchase orders are evaluated on case by case basis. Purchase orders from schools and government organizations will generally be accepted, but we also encourage submission of corporate POs when other payment options are unreasonable. Non-US Purchase Orders will be charged a $50 processing fee.

To pay via purchase order mail or fax your filled out company or organization PO to us. All PO terms and conditions must be included for processing. Our standard terms are NET 30.

If your company does not have a purchase order document simply submit your order on company letterhead. All POs must include name, signature, title, and phone number of the person responsible for purchasing decisions. Email address of the purchaser is strongly recommended for quickest communication and order processing.

We will evaluate your PO and will contact you in case of any issues. In all cases we reserve the right to not accept purchase orders.

Purchase orders must be paid by check (drawn on a U.S. bank,) ACH, or U.S. Post Service money order.  We do not accept credit cards or PayPal as payment for purchase orders.

Payment Collection

We are diligent about collecting all amounts legitimately due to us.

Overdue payments are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge ($10.00 minimum) applied from payment due date (date of order for pre-paid orders.) If necessary, we may place the debt with an external collection agency; a collection fee of $25 will be added to amount due at the time of placement (if allowed by your state law).

International Orders and Credit Cards

All prices are in U.S. currency and all payments must be made in U.S. currency.

We accept international credit card and PayPal payments. All orders are subject to a comprehensive payment verification process. This verification is typically completed without requesting any information from you. We strongly recommend that you provide us with your work email address instead of a free personal email as this will increase the chance of fast approval. On those occasions when additional information is required it will be requested from you by email.

Orders paid with a Non-U.S. credit card, but shipped to a U.S. location will be charged a processing fee of $10.

Along with PayPal and credit cards we accept payment through Escrow.com escrow service and Western Union. All fees associated with these payment services are responsibility of the buyer.

International orders present additional risks and complexities and are subject to terms and conditions that are not normally present for domestic purchases. Before placing your order be sure to review shipping policies for Canada, Mexico, and Other Countries as well as Return and Cancellation policies.

Important: International order requirements and costs vary greatly depending on order items, payment and shipping methods, locations, and other factors. International customers should be aware that additional information or fees not detailed above may be required to complete the order and additional delays in processing may occur. In all cases we reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason. If additional information or charges are required, we encounter delays that exceed 5 business days, or if we cannot handle your order we will notify you via email.

Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturers might not honor warranties on exported products; if this is a concern please contact the manufacturer prior to purchase.

Cancellations and Changes

We recognize that mistakes happen and do our best to cancel unwanted orders and make requested changes up until orders enter the shipping process.

To cancel your entire order please submit an Order Cancellation Request.

To modify order information or add or remove order items please contact our Customer Service.

Note that orders may enter the shipping process as quickly as minutes after submission so be sure to request any changes as quickly as possible. Once your order enters the shipping process you will need to follow our Return Policy to return any undesired items or submit a new order to add items.

International Customers: A cancellation fee of 10% or $25.00, whichever is greater, may apply to your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to California. Products that are delivered entirely by electronic means are not subject to sales tax regardless of your location. For details on this exception please refer to California Publication 109: Are Your Internet Sales Taxable?.
