Refund policy

All products we sell are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise noted on the item page.

If within 30 days of delivery of your order you decide that the product is not for you simply submit a Return Authorization Request and we will get back to you with an RMA number and return instructions. Do not return product without prior authorization - your return will be refused, assessed a processing fee, or kept with no refund or exchange!

Shipping and handling costs, including return shipping, are not refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part. In case of defective items we will cover shipping expenses for your return and replacement, but original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. 

International customers are responsible for transportation and import/export costs of all returns and exchanges.

At this time, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns!

Important: Returned products must be in original condition with all original packaging and accessories. Defective items must not have been damaged by the user - typically we can only accept defective claims that would also be accepted by the manufacturer warranty program. If we determine your returned product to be in unacceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund. Be sure to let us know immediately if you receive an item that is defective, incomplete, or appears to have been damaged during shipment.

Exceptions: Returns of some items are subject to additional costs and restrictions due special item properties and/or manufacturer requirements. Deviations from our standard policy are described on product pages when applicable.

Money Refund

If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited the full amount of the refund. If you paid by other means we can send the full amount of the refund back to you electronically via PayPal or mail you a check. We reserve the right to wait for your check to clear before issuing a refund.

Important: We charge a processing fee of $2.50 for check refunds.
